General Support

• We provide on-site diagnostics and troubleshooting for Windows-based networks running Windows 98, NT, 2000, XP or Server 2003. $75/hour, 1 hour min.

We know that some businesses utilize custom setup Point-of-Sale (POS) systems. Annatech excersizes the utmost care to ensure that the integrity of your pre-existing network is not compromised. In the event that we cannot resolve the issue without compromising your network, we will notify you and charge only the minimum fee.

Wired/Wireless Networking & Security

• Installation & Troubleshooting - $175
• General Troubleshooting - $75/hr, 1 hour minimum

Securely share the internet, printers, and files from anywhere within your business location. Installation & Troubleshooting includes wireless router setup and configuration for up to two desktops / laptops. Add additional devices for $30 each. Hardware not included.

Virus and Spyware Removal

• Virus and Spyware Removal - $100
• Virus and Spyware Removal plus Anti-virus & Anti-Spyware software installation - $130

Get rid of nasty viruses & spyware and protect your network with your choice of an Anti-Virus & Anti-Spyware software package. Annatech recommends Trend-Micro PC-cillin used with Spybot-SD and Spyware blaster. Add additional computers for $30 each. Software not included.

Setup a New Computer

• Setup & Secure your new computer - $150

Get your new computer setup and connected to your peripherals. Setup also includes Anti-Virus and Anti-Spam software installation along with a backup utility to assist in data-retrieval in the event of a hard drive crash. Annatech recommends saving backups to an external hard drive. Software and hardware not included.

• Assistance with purchase of new Dell computer - $50

Worried about choosing the right computer? We work directly with Dell to find the right computer for the best price. You can setup the computer on your own, or purchase our "Setup & Secure" service listed above.

The $50 assistance-charge is waived when you choose Annatech to Setup & Secure your new computer. As a Dell valued added reseller, we will customize the right computer for the best price, set it up and secure it - all for just $150 + cost of Software and Hardware).

System Upgrade

• Upgrade the internal components of your computer - $150
• Includes service for up to 2 components. Additional components billed at $50/each.

• RAM (memory)
• Hard drive*
• CD, DVD or Floppy Drives (or other drives that ft in 5.25" or 3.5" drive bays)
• Graphics Card
• Sound Card
• Any other components that work with SATA (Serial ATA), IDE, PCI or PCI-E interfaces.

*Note that if Annatech replaces the hard drive where the Operating System resides, you will be responsible for software and OS reinstallation unless Annatech is specifically requested to perform this service. There will be an additional fee for this work determined at the time of service by the operating technician.

Motherboard replacement is considered a custom service and will be billed on a per-case basis due to the complexity of internal hardware, chassis, motherboard and driver compatibility. Annatech cannot guarantee 100% success with motherboard-related upgrades unless we approve the component compatibility.

First Aid!

• Computer Recovery - $175

In the event of a computer crash, Annatech will attempt to recover your computer to a working state. We recommend a complete backup after recovery, since a computer crash often is caused by a failing hard drive.

NOTE: Computer crashes can be caused by a number of issues ranging from virus/spyware infection to motherboard or hard drive failure. The vast majority of computer crashes are due to hard drive failure. We have many tools at our disposal for hard drive recovery, but an extreme mechanical failure may not be recoverable. In that case, we will make a recommendation to send your hard drive to a specialized data recovery center.

Backup Solutions

• Backup and archive all your work - $150

We will backup the contents of your server, desktop or laptop to DVD-R media or an external hard drive. Cost of DVD media is included. An external hard drive may cost $200 or more.

NOTE: DVD media is limited to about 4.5 GB (about 2-hours of DVD-quality video) for single-layer DVDs and almost 9 GB for dual-layer DVDs. There is an extra $5 charge for the use of dual-layer DVDs. Archives spanning more than 4 DVDs will incur a $20 charge for additional DVDs. Annatech recommends the use of an external hard drive for archives greater than 40 GB (about the size of an average laptop hard drive).
